The all-night WINS man has to deliver a program that stays within the framework of the same sound the station delivers throughout the day--with a few modifications to satisfy night-time listeners who tend to have more extreme feelings toward everything they hear. Music a daytime listener would like, a nighttime listener is ecstatic over, and conversely when a night owl doesn't like something--beware--he's ready to come up and wrap the microphone around you.
